As an Alcohol Freedom Coach I work with men who are tired of the deal they keep making with themselves around drinking. Every day starts with good intentions and somewhere along the way those intentions quietly drop.

I help them understand why that happens, because once you see it clearly, the negotiating finally ends. This isn't about labels or programs. It's about understanding what's actually going on before you try to change anything.

I spent twenty-one years in the military, then built a second career in IT, so I know what it's like to keep performing while something underneath isn't working the way it should.

Coaching with me is a series of conversations, not a program of steps you have to keep up with. You set the goal, whether that's drinking less, taking a break or stopping altogether. My approach is simple: understanding comes first, change becomes possible from there.
