About ACA
A collective of Australian alcohol coaches
Alcohol Coaches Australia (ACA) brings together Australian-based coaches who are passionate about supporting people who want to change their relationship with alcohol.
Who we are
ACA coaches are either fully certified This Naked Mind (TNM) coaches or use the science-based, compassionate methodology of TNM that has helped people around the world take back control of their drinking.
Every coach in the collective has used this approach to change their own relationship with alcohol. They know it works, and they have developed the strategies and resources to help others make alcohol small and insignificant in their lives.
ACA is a professional collective and directory. It is not a treatment provider, a regulator or an accrediting body, and coaching is not clinical care.
